Vettel's race engineer handed promotion by Red Bull

Sebastian Vettel will have a new race engineer from next season after Red Bull confirmed that Guillaume Rocquelin will be promoted to head of race engineering from the start of 2015.
Rocquelin, who can regularly be heard communicating with Vettel over team radio, has worked with the German for the past six years, engineering him to all four of his world titles.
In his new role, Rocquelin - commonly known as Rocky - will continue to travel to races where he will be responsible for all of Red Bull's race engineers, including Vettel's new engineer Gianpiero Lambiase, who will join from Force India.
