WATCH: Get a bird’s-eye view of Vietnam’s new Hanoi Circuit
Excitement is building ahead of the first ever Vietnam Grand Prix on April 3-5. And with work on the circuit in the country’s capital of Hanoi now complete, it’s time to take a flying tour around the Hanoi Circuit, courtesy of the video above, which was shot on Friday.

The Vietnam track is the first to have been co-designed ‘in-house’ by Formula 1’s own Motorsports team, alongside the Tilke company, and is set to feature a mega 1.5km straight – while several corners of the 5.6km circuit have been inspired by turns on some of the world’s greatest racing tracks, including Monaco, Suzuka and Silverstone.
