Max Verstappen has achieved a career first by taking pole position at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
Putting himself into P1 on the grid has previously eluded Verstappen during past visits to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, but this time the Red Bull driver got it right by setting an unbeatable lap of 1m 27.472s.

Verstappen will share the front row with Charles Leclerc, just as the pair did last time out in Bahrain. Will the world champion again take the lead going into Turn 1?
