An expectant Dutch crowd were able to watch just 10 minutes of on-track action from their local hero Max Verstappen in Free Practice 1 for the Dutch Grand Prix, before the Red Bull driver was forced to stop at Turn 4.
Verstappen had clocked the fastest time early doors in the session, and was heading into his seventh lap of the afternoon when he suffered what he felt was a gearbox issue – jumping out of his car and strolling disconsolately back to the pits.
