What's the weather forecast for the Sakhir Grand Prix on Bahrain's 'Outer Loop' circuit?
There was rain in the air for last week's Bahrain Grand Prix – so is it the same story as Formula 1 takes on the 'outer loop' of the Bahrain International Circuit in December for the Sakhir Grand Prix?
This configuration of the Sakhir circuit is fast – so fast that lap times are expected to be under a minute. Rain would shake the race up, but conditions look to be largely dry in the Kingdom across the race weekend.
Having said that, there is a small chance of light scattered showers on race day - but it's not certain when it might fall, meaning that it could miss the race entirely, if indeed it does rain.
