There has been plenty of media speculation as to which teams will or won’t be present at the first pre-season test of 2014 in Spain later this month after Lotus announced they will not be debuting their new car until the Bahrain sessions in February.
Williams are the latest to confirm they will be at Jerez on for the opening four-day test at Jerez on January 28-31, after announcing on Twitter that they are entering build week with their Mercedes-powered FW36 machine.
