Norris ‘excited for the future’ despite DNF in Montreal
Lando Norris was leading the race after the first corner but pitted on Lap 2 to change tyres and then eventually retired with a mechanical issue on Lap 40. Despite that the World Champion was encouraged by the pace McLaren showed in Canada.
