Permane admits Racing Bulls steering issue put them ‘a step behind’ in Monaco practice
Arvid Lindblad and Liam Lawson didn’t have enough steering lock on their cars for the Monaco Hairpin in Friday practice, but Racing Bulls boss Alan Permane insists the issue will be fixed for Saturday.
