Thursday weather - rain possible at US race
Welcome to the US Grand Prix at Indianapolis, where the weather may be about to play a crucial role in deciding the 2003 FIA Formula One World Championship battle.
After some recent flooding and isolated showers yesterday (Wednesday) today will be partly cloudy with a high of 18 degrees Celsius (65 Fahrenheit) and a 20 percent chance of rain.
Friday should be similar, with less chance of rain, but Saturday is due to be pretty wet with regular showers and there could still be isolated cloudbursts on Sunday. That could play into Bridgestone's hands, though it should also be remembered that Michelin's intermediates proved very effective in the opening laps in Melbourne.
