Sunday weather update - race to be dry 29 Aug 2004
Welcome to raceday at Spa-Francorchamps, and the 14th round of the 2004 FIA Formula One World Championship.
After all the rain yesterday it is a clear dawn here in the Hautes Fagnes region, and it seems that the forecasts predicting a dry Belgian Grand Prix will be accurate. The local roads are dry and so is the track, and since everyone did their race preparation running on Friday they will all be permitted to set their cars up for the clement conditions, albeit with the fuel loads they ran yesterday.
A temperature high of 19 degrees Celsius is expected for the race that could clinch the 2004 World Championship for Drivers for Michael Schumacher.
