Brawn drivers among five hit with Suzuka grid penalties 03 Oct 2009
Brawn GPs Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello, Force Indias Adrian Sutil, Renaults Fernando Alonso and Toro Rossos Sebastien Buemi will all drop five places on the grid for Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix.
The first four drivers were penalised by Suzuka race stewards for failing to slow adequately when yellow flags were shown following Buemi's accident near the end of Saturday's Q2 qualifying session.
The accident littered the circuit with debris and Buemi was also reprimanded for impeding other drivers and driving back to the pits with a damaged car.
Sutil had qualified fourth, Barrichello fifth, Button seventh, Buemi 10th and Alonso 12th. The full provisional grid will be published by the FIA on Sunday morning.
