First practice delayed for track repairs 23 Sep 2011
The start of Friday's opening practice session for the 2011 Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix has been delayed by 30 minutes due to the need for track repairs.
The kerbs at Turns Three and 14, which are believed to have been damaged in an earlier support race, have been removed and drivers will now be allowed to cross the white line on the exit of both corners.
The session will now be shortened from 90 to 60 minutes, starting at 18.30 local time.
