McLaren to launch 2013 car on January 31 20 Dec 2012
McLaren have confirmed that they will unveil their new car, the Mercedes-powered MP4-28, on January 31 in the UK.
The Woking-based squad, who won seven races and finished third in the constructors' championship in 2012, are the second team to announce a 2013 car launch date.
On Wednesday Force India confirmed that they will reveal their new car at Silverstone on February 1, a day after McLaren and four days before the first official pre-season test of 2013 at Jerez in Spain.
McLaren’s 2013 driver line-up consists of 2009 world champion Jenson Button and former Sauber racer Sergio Perez.
