In Turkey, Toro Rosso are the latest team to adopt the double-decker wing, first introduced by Renault last year and since adopted by others in various forms. The upper profile extends from the inside edge of the endplate, exactly as on the Renault. The benefits of this solution are better handling and sharper front-end response, both the result of the additional downforce, which is generated without any significant increase in drag.
