Formula 1 Las Vegas 2025 Unlocked Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)

Terms and Conditions

We are Formula One Digital Media Limited of No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (“we”, “us”, “our”, and the “Promoter”). We and our group companies own the exclusive right to commercialise the FIA Formula One World Championship® in all media. We are the promoter of the Prize Draw.

“You”, “your”, and the “participant” means the individual entering the Prize Draw.

By entering the Prize Draw you accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of use of formula1.com shall apply to your use of formula1.com.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. WHO CAN ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

1.1 Subject to Paragraph 5.1 below, this Prize Draw is only open to entrants who:

a) are aged 21 and above;

b) have access to the internet and an F1 Unlocked account or F1.com account (and such account has a valid verified email address connected with it);

c) are residents of the UK, EU, or USA and other territories where its operation and the Prize(s) are permitted (where operation of this Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, this Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter); and

d) where the Prize involves attendance at an event, are able to legally enter the country where the relevant event is being held (for the avoidance of doubt, if a visa and/or a valid passport are necessary for you to legally enter the country, you must be (i) eligible to obtain a visa; and (ii) hold a valid passport).

1.2 The Prize Draw is not open to:

a) employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their family members;

b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them; and

c) residents of any countries subject to USA, UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus.

1.3 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so in accordance with Paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 The Prize Draw will run from 16:00 hrs (BST) (local time in London) on 21st October 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 16:00 hrs (GMT) (local time in London) on 4th November 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Entries received outside this time period are void and will not be eligible to win any Prize.

2.2 In order to enter the Prize Draw you must, prior to the Closing Date:

a) visit the Prize Draw webpage at https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/f1-unlocked-las-vegas-competition-2025.6IOcGbbhPmvreKdvbiF2yR;

b) sign in to your (or create an) F1 Unlocked or F1.com account; and

c) submit the following details: (i) your favourite driver; and (ii) your favourite team, on the Prize Draw webpage.

2.3 The winners of the Prize Draw will be contacted via email. You must provide a valid email address at the time of entering the Prize Draw. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and you will not be eligible to win any Prize. All personal data provided by you when entering the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy as per Paragraph 5.2.

2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and purchase of any item does not enhance your chance of winning.

2.6 Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winners shall be the named respondents on the randomly selected winning entries. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time by use of multiple names, email accounts, or any other means is grounds for disqualification.

2.7 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

3. PRIZES

3.1 Provided that the winners comply with these Terms and Conditions, they will each be entitled to receive one (1) of the prizes available, comprising the First Prize and Second Prize (as detailed below) (each a “Prize”, and collectively the “Prizes”).

3.2 “First Prize”:

a) Two (2) three-day Skybox tickets (for 20 November 2025, 21 November 2025 and 22 November 2025) located above the Heineken Silver Main Grandstand in the East Harmon Zone at the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix 2025. The aforementioned tickets include complimentary food and beverages (including beer, wine and spirits) in the Skybox area only;

b) Two (2) Cirque du Soleil tickets for one of the following evenings: 20 November, 21 November, 22 November or 23 November 2025;

c) Two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets from the most suitable (as determined by the Promoter) international airport which is located within the First Prize winner’s country of residence to Las Vegas, USA; the flight from such suitable airport to Las Vegas will land in Las Vegas on or around 20 November 2025; and the flight from Las Vegas to such suitable airport will depart on or around 23 November 2025; and

d) Hotel accommodation for a total of four (4) nights, at a suitable hotel, as determined by the Promoter, and based on sharing/twin occupancy, in Las Vegas for the First Prize winner and their accompanying guest from 20 November to 22 November 2025 inclusive.

The part of the First Prize as described at Paragraph 3.2(a) shall be provided by Las Vegas Grand Prix (“LVGP”), and the remaining parts of the Frist Prize as described at Paragraph 3.1(b) to (d) (inclusive) shall be provided by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Association (“LVCVA”).

3.3 “Second Prize”: a three (3) night trip to Las Vegas which will include the following:

a) Two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets from the most suitable (as determined by the Promoter) international airport which is located within the winner’s country of residence to Las Vegas, USA; the flight from such suitable airport to Las Vegas will land in Las Vegas;

b) Hotel accommodation for a total of three (3) nights, based on sharing/twin occupancy, in Las Vegas for the Second Prize winner and their accompanying guest;

c) Two (2) Tickets to F1 X in Las Vegas for the Second Prize winner and their accompanying guest;

d) Two (2) Tickets to F1 DRIVE in Las Vegas for the Second Prize winner and their accompanying guest; and

e) Two (2) Tickets for the F1 SIMS in Las Vegas for the Second Prize winner and their accompanying guest.

The Second Prize will be delivered at a chosen date between 1 March 2026 and 31 August 2026. We will ask the winner of the Second Prize to submit their preferred date from this period, which shall be considered alongside availability due to private events or other venue commitments, and the chosen date will then be communicated to the winner.

The Second Prize as described at Paragraph 3.3 (a) to (b) (inclusive) be provided by LVCVA and the remaining parts of the Second Prize as described at Paragraph 3.3 (c) to (e) (inclusive) shall be provided by LVGP.

3.4 The Prizes listed in Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 above consist of the Prizes only and does not include any associated costs or expenses not specifically listed. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the winners. We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prizes that are not expressly included in Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 above.

3.5 The winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including customs duty, levies and/or other import fees to which any Prize may be subject, and any taxes imposed on their income.

3.6 The approximate retail value for the Prizes are as follows:

3.7 “First Prize”:

a) USD $17,443.06 (SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY THREE UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND 6 CENTS) for the two (2) three-day Skybox tickets (for 20 November 2025, 21 November 2025 and 22 November 2025), described in Clause 3.2(b);

b) USD $600 (SIX HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS) for the two (2) Cirque du Soleil tickets, described in Clause 3.2(a);

c) USD $2000 (TWO THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS) for the two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets, described in Clause 3.2(c); and

d) USD $3,500 (THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS) for the four (4) nights hotel accommodation, described in Clause 3.2(d).

3.8 “Second Prize”:

a) USD $2000 (TWO THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS) for the two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets described in Clause 3.3(a);

b) USD $2,500 (TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS) for the Hotel accommodation for a total of three (3) nights as described in Clause 3.3(b);

c) USD $158 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY EIGHT UNITED STATES DOLLARS) for the two (2) Tickets to F1 X in Las Vegas as described in Clause 3.3(c);

d) USD $198 (ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY EIGHT UNITED STATES DOLLARS) for the two (2) Tickets to F1 DRIVE in Las Vegas as described in Clause 3.3(d); and

e) As the two (2) Tickets for the F1 SIMS in Las described in Clause 3.3(e) are not generally available for purchase, we do not consider them to have any retail value.

3.9 The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.

3.10 We reserve the right to substitute the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes) with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prizes offered are not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of an event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond our control. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portion(s) of the Prizes will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.

3.11 The Prizes as set out above and awarded to the winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prizes issued pursuant to these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.

4. WINNER

4.1 There shall be one (1) winner of the First Prize and one (1) winner of the Second Prize, with a total of two (2) winners for the Prize Draw. To determine the winners, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for each Prize listed at Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

4.2 The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than 5th November 2025.

4.3 The winner will be notified that they have won (but may be notified later if selected in accordance with Paragraphs 4.4 and 4.5 below) by email no later than 5th November 2025 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize. Anyone participating in the Prize must be at least 21 years of age.

4.4 If a winner does not respond to us and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within two (2) days of being notified of their win and provided with such instructions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within two (2) days of notification or provision of instructions or else they will also forfeit their Prize.

4.5 If a winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner.

4.6 The decisions of the judges regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.

4.7 Proof that a valid winner was awarded can be obtained after the date of the Prize Draw here.

5. PUBLICITY AND YOUR DATA

5.1 Each winner consents to the use by us and our related companies, both before and after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, still and moving images and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by us and our related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the same. Residents of Tennessee or any other U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to require agreement to a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning a Prize shall not be bound by this Paragraph 5.1 to the extent it is lawful.

5.2 We will use and take care of any personal information you supply in entering this Prize Draw as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://account.formula1.com/#/en/privacy-policy, and any other privacy policies we may provide to you from time to time. The information supplied by you in the associated entry form will be used as described on the entry form. Where a Prize is provided by a third party, you may be asked to provide your details to such third party in order for that third party to deliver your Prize.

5.3 Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from any person other than us, your details may be passed to such person(s) and organisation(s) that you have consented to receiving marketing communications from.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 We (and our related companies) and LVCVA each accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. We (and our related companies) and LVCVA each further disclaim any liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw save to the extent that such liability results from (i) death or personal injury caused by our or LVCVA’s negligence; (ii) our or LVCVA’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.

6.2 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud); provided that in such circumstances, we will endeavour, to the extent reasonably possible, to award the Prizes in a fair and equitable manner among any entries received not affected by the problem.

6.3 We (and our related companies) and LVCVA each shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

6.4 The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, you may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where you live which could apply to your entry in the Prize Draw.
