Terms and Conditions
We are Formula One Management Limited of No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (“we”, “us”, “our”, and the “Promoter”). We and our group companies own the exclusive right to commercialise the FIA Formula One World Championship® in all media. We are the promoter of the Prize Draw.
“You”, “your”, and the “participant” means the individual entering the Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw you accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of use of formula1.com shall apply to your use of formula1.com.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. WHO CAN ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
1.1 Subject to Paragraph 5.1 below, this Prize Draw is only open to entrants who:
a) Entered via the web page https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/f1-unlocked-red-carpet-unlocked-london.4NzXqpBWRbNdyxwz2UKcCw between the Opening Date and the Closing Date;
b) are aged 18 and above;
c) have access to the internet and an F1 Unlocked account or F1.com account (and such account has a valid verified email address connected with it);
d) are residents of the UK, EU, or USA and other territories where its operation and the Prize(s) are permitted (where operation of this Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, this Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter); and
e) where the Prize involves attendance at an event, be able to legally enter the country where the relevant event is being held (for the avoidance of doubt, if a visa and/or a valid passport are necessary for you to legally enter the country, you must be (i) eligible to obtain a visa; and (ii) hold a valid passport).
1.2 The Prize Draw is not open to:
a) employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (“Warner USA”), Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited (together with Warner USA, “Warner”), Apple Video Programming LLC (“Apple”), their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their family members;
b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them; and
c) residents of any countries subject to USA, UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus.
1.3 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so in accordance with Paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 The Prize Draw will run from 14:00pm (BST) (local time in London, UK) on 29th April 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 14:00pm (BST) (local time in London, UK) on 13th May 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Entries received outside this time period are void and will not be eligible to win any Prize.
2.2 In order to enter the Prize Draw you must, prior to the Closing Date:
a) Visit and enter via the web page https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/f1-unlocked-red-carpet-unlocked-london.4NzXqpBWRbNdyxwz2UKcCw;
b) sign in to your (or create an) F1 Unlocked or F1.com account; and
c) submit the following details: (i) your favourite driver; and (ii) your favourite team, on the Prize Draw webpage.
2.3 The winner of the Prize Draw will be contacted via email. You must provide a valid email address at the time of entering the Prize Draw. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and you will not be eligible to win any Prize. All personal data provided by you when entering the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy as per Paragraph 5.2.
2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and purchase of any item does not enhance your chance of winning.

2.6 Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning entry. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time by use of multiple names, email accounts, or any other means is grounds for disqualification.
2.7 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
3. PRIZES
3.1 Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, they will be entitled to the following (the “Prize”):
Provided by us:
a) Four (4) of seated screening tickets for the F1: The Movie premiere screening in London, UK on Monday 23rd June 2025 (“F1 Movie Premiere”) (location to be provided to the winner prior to the F1 Movie Premiere);
b) Access to a fan area (standing only) on the VIP red carpet at the F1 Movie Premiere;
c) four (4) economy class round-trip plane tickets for the winner and their three (3) accompanying guests from the most suitable (as determined by us based on the winner’s country of residence) international airport located within Europe or the UK (the “Airport”) to London (“London”). Winner and winner’s guests must travel on the same itinerary and make all travel arrangements through us; all travel accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and the winner’s guests must possess all necessary documents for travel. The flight from the Airport to London will land in London on or around 23rd June 2025 and the flight from London to the Airport will depart on or around 23rd June 2025 (together, the “Flights”); and
d) one (1) night hotel accommodation, two (2) room, (based on sharing/twin occupancy) in London for the winner and their accompanying three (3) guests from 23rd June 2025 to 24th June 2025 inclusive. Selection of hotel in our discretion and subject to availability; major credit card will be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges; (together, the “Hotel”).
3.2 The Prize listed in Paragraph 3.1 above consists of the Prize(s) only and does not include any associated costs or expenses not specifically listed. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize, including but not limited to flights other than the Flights, are the responsibility of the winner. We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly included in Paragraph 3.1 above.
3.3 The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including customs duty, levies and/or other import fees to which any Prize may be subject, and any taxes imposed on their income.
3.4 The approximate retail value for the Prize is as follows:
a) as four (4) of seated screening tickets for the F1 Movie Premiere is not generally available for purchase, we do not consider this access to have any retail value;
b) as access to a fan area (standing only) on the VIP red carpet at the F1 Movie Premiere is not generally available for purchase, we do not consider this access to have any retail value; and
c) in relation to the Flights and Hotel (as specified in Paragraph 3.1 (c) and (d)) the value will vary depending on the flights and accommodation available at the time of booking.
3.5 Winner and guests must be at least 18 years of age. No one will be admitted to the F1 Movie Premiere without a ticket or after the premiere screening begins. If, for whatever reason, the F1 Movie Premiere screening is cancelled or rescheduled, no compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled or rescheduled screening and/or after party. In the event the winner and/or guests engage in behaviour that (as determined by Warner or Apple in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, or harass any other person or is in breach of the premiere ticket and fan area terms and conditions, Warner, Apple, or their authorized representative reserves the right to remove winner and guests from the F1 Movie Premiere.
3.6 All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.
3.7 We reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is/are not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of an event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond our control. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portions of the Prize will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.
3.8 The Prize as set out above and awarded to the winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prize issued pursuant to the these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.
4. WINNER
4.1 There shall be only one (1) winner. To determine the winner, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for each Prize listed at Paragraph 3.1. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
4.2 The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than 14th May 2025.
4.3 The winner will be notified that they have won (but may be notified later if selected in accordance with Paragraphs 4.4 and 4.5 below) by email no later than 15th May June 2025 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize. Anyone participating in the Prize must be at least 18 years of age.
4.4 If the winner does not respond to us and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within two (2) days of being notified of their win and provided with such instructions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within two (2) days of notification or provision of instructions or else they will also forfeit their Prize.
4.5 If the winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner. The Prize will be delivered to the winner on 23rd June 2025 and the winner consents to such delivery being filmed by us. The footage of the Prize delivery will be used by us in accordance with Paragraph 5.1.
4.6 The decisions of the judges regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.
4.7 Proof that a valid winner was awarded can be obtained after the date of the Prize Draw here.
5. PUBLICITY AND YOUR DATA
5.1 The winner consents to the use by us, Warner, Apple, and their related companies, both before and after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, still and moving images and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by us and our related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the same. Residents of Tennessee or any other U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to require agreement to a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning a Prize shall not be bound by this Paragraph 5.1 to the extent it is lawful.
5.2 We will use and take care of any personal information you supply in entering this Prize Draw as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://account.formula1.com/#/en/privacy-policy, and any other privacy policies we may provide to you from time to time. The information supplied by you in the associated entry form will be used as described on the entry form. Where a Prize is provided by a third party, you may be asked to provide your details to such third party in order for that third party to deliver your Prize. 5.3 Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from any person other than us, your details may be passed to such person(s) and organisation(s) that you have consented to receiving marketing communications from.
6. MISCELLANEOUS
6.1 We (and our related companies), Warner, Apple, and each of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) each accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize(s). The Released Parties each further disclaim any liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw save to the extent that such liability results from (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.
6.2 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud); provided that in such circumstances, we will endeavour, to the extent reasonably possible, to award the Prize in a fair and equitable manner among any entries received not affected by the problem.
6.3 The Released Parties shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
6.4 The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, you may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where you live which could apply to your entry in the Prize Draw.
6.5 Warner, Apple and each of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Prize Draw.
