Terms and Conditions
We are Formula One Digital Media Limited of No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (“we”, “us”, “our”, and the “Promoter”). We and our group companies own the exclusive right to commercialise the FIA Formula One World Championship® in all media. We are the promoter of the Prize Draw.
“You”, “your”, and the “participant” means the individual entering the Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw you accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of use of formula1.com shall apply to your use of formula1.com.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. WHO CAN ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
1.1 Subject to Paragraph 5.1 below, this Prize Draw is only open to entrants who:
a) Visit the Prize Draw webpage: https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/f1-unlocked-silverstone-vip-prize-draw.6V4IuD6TNwMpqCYv2JzfbD between the Opening Date and the Closing Date;
b) are aged 18 and above;
c) have access to the internet and an F1 Unlocked account or F1.com account (and such account has a valid verified email address connected with it);
d) are residents of the UK, EU, or USA and other territories where its operation and the Prize(s) are permitted (where operation of this Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, this Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter); and
e) where the Prize involves attendance at an event, be able to legally enter the country where the relevant event is being held (for the avoidance of doubt, if a visa and/or a valid passport are necessary for you to legally enter the country, you must be (i) eligible to obtain a visa; and (ii) hold a valid passport).
1.2 The Prize Draw is not open to:
a) employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their family members;
b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them; and
c) residents of any countries subject to USA, UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus.
1.3 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so in accordance with Paragraph 1.1. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 The Prize Draw will run from 14:00pm (BST) (local time in London, UK) on 20th May 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 14:00pm (BST) (local time in London, UK) on 3rd June 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Entries received outside this time period are void and will not be eligible to win any Prize.
2.2 In order to enter the Prize Draw you must, prior to the Closing Date:
a) Visit the Prize Draw webpage: https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/f1-unlocked-silverstone-vip-prize-draw.6V4IuD6TNwMpqCYv2JzfbD;
b) log in to your (or create an) F1 Unlocked or F1.com account; and
c) submit the following details: (i) your favourite driver; and (ii) your favourite team, on the Prize Draw webpage.
2.3 The winner of the Prize Draw will be contacted via email. The email address that is linked to your F1 Unlocked or F1.com account which you entered the Prize Draw using must be valid and verified. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and you will not be eligible to win any Prize. All personal data provided by you when entering the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy as per Paragraph 5.2.
2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and purchase of any item does not enhance your chance of winning.

2.6 Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning entry. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time by use of multiple names, email accounts, or any other means is grounds for disqualification.
2.7 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
3. PRIZES
3.1 Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, they will be entitled to the following (the “Prize”):
a) two (2) 2-day Official Hospitality tickets in the Octane Terrace, which includes; two (2) day entry into Octane Terrace Hospitality Area from 5 July to 6 July 2025; Celebrity chef street food, Complimentary beer, wines, cocktails and soft drinks, Grandstand seats to watch the track action, Personal Silverstone radio and Interactive entertainment;
b) two (2) Entry tickets to the Comedy Club on 5 July 2025);
c) two (2) VIP Entry tickets to the T1 Afterparty on 6 July 2025);
d) two (2) nights glamping accommodation (based on sharing/twin occupancy) at The Ridlings (Silverstone) for the winner and their accompanying one (1) guest from 5 July 2025 to 6 July 2025 inclusive;
e) access for two (2) to the VIP viewing area of the mainstage on 5 July 2025 for Fatboy Slim and 6 July 2025 for Becky Hill; and
f) one thirty (30) minute slot for the winner and their one (1) accompanying guest with an F1 Ambassador, time and date during the Event weekend is our discretion and subject to availability.
g) two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets for the winner and their one (1) accompanying guest from the most suitable (as determined by us) international airport located within the winner’s country of residence (the “Airport”) to London (“London”). Winner and winner’s guest must travel on the same itinerary and make all travel arrangements through us; all travel accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and the winner’s guest must possess all necessary documents for travel. The flight from the Airport to London will land in London on or around 5 July 2025 and the flight from London to the Airport will depart on or around 6 July 2025 (together, the “Flights”); The part of the Prize as described at Paragraph 3.1(a, b, c, d & e) shall be provided by Silverstone Circuits Limited (“Silverstone”) and the remaining parts of the Prize as described at Paragraph 3.1(f & g) shall be provided by us.
3.2 The Prize listed in Paragraph 3.1 above consists of the Prize(s) only and does not include any associated costs or expenses not specifically listed. Any costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly included in Paragraph 3.1 above.
3.3 The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including customs duty, levies and/or other import fees to which any Prize may be subject, and any taxes imposed on their income.
3.4 The approximate retail value for the Prize is as follows:
a) Two (2) 2-day Official Hospitality tickets in the Octane Terrace valued at £3,590 (THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY GBP) per ticket;
b) Two (2) Entry tickets to the Comedy Club on 5 July 2025 valued at £30 (THIRTY GBP) total for two people;
c) Two (2) VIP Entry tickets to the T1 Afterparty on 6 July 2025 valued at £220 (TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY GBP) total for two people;
d) Two (2) nights glamping accommodation valued at £848 (EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY-EIGHT GBP) total for two people for two nights;
e) As the two (2) VIP viewing area access for mainstage on 5 July and 6 July 2025 is not generally available for purchase, we do not consider it to have any retail value.
f) In relation to the Flights (as specified in Paragraph 3.1 (f)) the value will vary depending on the flights available at the time of booking; and
g) As the one (1) thirty (30) minute slot for the winner and their one (1) accompanying guest with an F1 Ambassador is not generally available for purchase, we do not consider it to have any retail value.
3.5 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.
3.6 We reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize) with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of an event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond our control. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portion(s) of the Prize will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.
3.7 The Prize as set out above and awarded to the winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prize (including Vista Club tickets) issued pursuant to the these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.
4. WINNER
4.1 There shall be only one (1) winner. To determine the winner, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for each Prize listed at Paragraph 3.1. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
4.2 The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than Thursday 5th June 2025.
4.3 The winner will be notified that they have won (but may be notified later if selected in accordance with Paragraphs 4.4 and 4.5 below) by email no later than Friday 6th June 2025 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize. Anyone participating in the Prize, including the winner’s accompanying guests, must be at least 18 years of age.
4.4 If the winner does not respond to us and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within seven (7) days of being notified of their win and provided with such instructions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within three (3) days of notification or provision of instructions or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
4.5 If the winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner.
4.6 The decisions of the judges regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.
4.7 Proof that a valid winner was awarded can be obtained after the date of the Prize Draw here.
5. PUBLICITY AND YOUR DATA
5.1 The winner consents to the use by us and our related companies, and SFM, both before and after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of your name and entry information and, if you are the winner, you consent further to the use of your voice, still and moving images and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by us and our related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the same. Residents of Tennessee or any other U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to require agreement to a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning a Prize shall not be bound by this Paragraph 5.1 to the extent it is lawful.
5.2 We will use and take care of any personal information you supply in entering this Prize Draw as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://account.formula1.com/#/en/privacy-policy, and any other privacy policies we may provide to you from time to time. The information supplied by you in the associated entry form will be used as described on the entry form. Where a Prize is provided by a third party, you may be asked to provide your details to such third party in order for that third party to deliver your Prize.
5.3 Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from any person other than us, your details may be passed to such person(s) and organisation(s) that you have consented to receiving marketing communications from.
6. MISCELLANEOUS
6.1 We (and our related companies) accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize(s). Each of the Released Parties further disclaim any liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw save to the extent that such liability results from (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.
6.2 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud); provided that in such circumstances, we will endeavour, to the extent reasonably possible, to award the Prize in a fair and equitable manner among any entries received not affected by the problem.
6.3 Each of the Released Parties shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
6.4 The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, you may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where you live which could apply to your entry in the Prize Draw.
