Terms and Conditions

We are Formula One Digital Media Limited of No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (“we”, “us”, “our”, and the “Promoter”). We and our group companies own the exclusive right to commercialise the FIA Formula One World Championship® in all media. We are the promoter of the Prize Draw.

This promotion consists of two (2) prize draws, the March Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw (collectively the “Prize Draws”).

We are the promoter of the Prize Draws.

“You”, “your”, and the “participant” means the individual entering the Prize Draw. By entering the Prize Draw you accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of use of formula1.com shall apply to your use of formula1.com.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. WHO CAN ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

1.1 Subject to Paragraph 5.1 below, this Prize Draw is only open to entrants who:

a) are aged 18 and above, or, where the age of majority in their country of residence is above 18, are of the age of majority;

b) have access to the internet and an F1 Unlocked account or F1.com account (and such account has a valid verified email address connected with it);

c) are, subject to Paragraph 1.2(c) and (d), residents of the UK, EU, USA, and other territories where their operation and the Prizes are permitted; and

d) where the Prize involves attendance at an event, be able to legally enter the country where the relevant event is being held (for the avoidance of doubt, if a visa and/or a valid passport are necessary for you to legally enter the country, you must be (i) eligible to obtain a visa; and (ii) hold a valid passport).

Where operation of this Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, this Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter.

1.2 The Prize Draw is not open to:

a) employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their family members;

b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them;

c) residents of any countries subject to USA, UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus; and

d) residents of Australia, Belgium, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Poland, the Canadian province of Quebec, Spain, the State of New York, USA, and the State of Florida, USA, and any territories where either the Prize Draw’s operation and the Prizes are not permitted by applicable law or regulation.

1.3 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so in accordance with Paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 2.1 The March Prize Draw will run from 16:00 BST (local time in London, UK) on Wednesday 8th April 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 16:00 BST (local time in London, UK) on Wednesday 15th April 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. Entries received outside this time period are void and will not be eligible to win any Prize.

2.2 All valid entries into the March Prize Draw submitted between the Opening Date and the Closing Date will also be entered automatically into the Grand Prize Draw.

2.3 In order to enter the Prize Draws you must, prior to the Closing Date: a) visit the Prize Draw webpage at Crypto.com Overtake of the Month; b) login to your (or create an) F1 Unlocked or F1.com account; and c) (optional) submit your favourite driver and your favourite team on the Prize Draw webpage.

2.4 The winner of the Prize Draws will be contacted via email. You must provide a valid email address at the time of entering the Prize Draws. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and you will not be eligible to win any Prize. All personal data provided by you when entering the Prize Draws will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy as per Paragraph 5.2.

2.5 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and purchase of any item does not enhance your chance of winning.

2.7 Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning entry. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time by use of multiple names, email accounts, or any other means is grounds for disqualification.

2.8 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

3. PRIZES

3.1 March Prize Draw. Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, the winner of the March Prize Draw will be entitled to receive the following prizes, which will be provided by Foris Limited t/a Crypto.com (the “March Prize”):

a) the Crypto.com ‘Overtake of the Month’ trophy awarded to the F1 driver who wins the Crypto.com Overtake of the Month Award for March 2026; and

b) a bundle of Formula 1 merchandise including: • one (1) Formula 1 waist bag; • one (1) Formula 1 water bottle; and • one (1) Formula 1 team t-shirt from a team of the winner’s choice which is competing in the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship for Constructors.

3.2 Grand Prize Draw. Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, the winner of the Grand Prize Draw will be entitled to receive the following prizes, which will be provided by Foris Limited t/a Crypto.com (the “Grand Prize”):

a) one (1) pair of three-day (3) 2027 Formula 1 Paddock Club™ tickets to one of the following Formula 1 races of the winner’s choice: Austin, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Barcelona, Belgium, Canada, China, Hungary, Japan, Madrid, Mexico, Monza, Netherlands (“Paddock Club™ Tickets”); and

b) two (2) economy class round-trip plane tickets for the winner and their one (1) accompanying guest from the most suitable (as determined by us) international airport located within the winner’s country of residence to the winner’s selection of race. Winner and winner’s guest must travel on the same itinerary and make all travel arrangements through us; all travel accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and the winner’s guest must possess all necessary documents for travel (“Flights”); and

c) three (3) nights hotel accommodation (based on sharing/twin occupancy) near the winners choice of race for the winner and their accompanying one (1) guest (“Hotel”);.

The March Prize and the Grand Prize, each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”.

3.3 The Prizes listed in Paragraph 3.1 and 3.2 above consist of the Prizes only and do not include any associated costs or expenses. Any costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

3.4 The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including customs duty, levies and/or other import fees to which the Prizes may be subject, and any taxes imposed on their income.

3.5 The approximate retail value of the Prizes is as follows: a) GBP £100 (ONE HUNDRED GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) for the March Prize; and

b) In respect of the Grand Prize:

• GBP £12,240 (TWELVE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) for the Paddock Club Tickets.

• in relation to the Flights and Hotel and the value will vary depending on the flights and hotel available at the time of booking.

3.6 The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.

3.7 We reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or any part of any Prize) with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is/are not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of the Event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond our control. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portion(s) of the Prize will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.

3.8 The Prizes as set out above and awarded to the winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prize (including Paddock Club tickets) issued pursuant to the these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.

4. WINNER

4.1 March Prize Draw. a) There shall be only one (1) winner across all valid March Prize Draw entries.

b) To determine the winner, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for the March Prize. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

c) The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than Friday 10th April 2026.

d) The winner will be notified that they have won (but may be notified later if selected in accordance with Paragraph 4.3 and/or 4.4 below) by email no later than Monday 13th April 2026 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize.

4.2 Grand Prize Draw. a) There shall be only one (1) winner from all valid entries across the March Prize Draw and all other Overtake of the Month 2026 prize draws operated by us.

b) To determine the winner, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for the Grand Prize. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

c) The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than Friday 11th December 2026.

d) The winner will be notified that they have won (but may be notified later if selected in accordance with Paragraph 4.3 and/or 4.4 below) by email no later than Friday 18th December 2026 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize.

4.3 If the winner does not respond to us and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within seven (7) days of being notified of their win and provided with such instructions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win and/or take reasonable steps to follow our instructions on how to claim their Prize within seven (7) days of notification or provision of instructions or else they will also forfeit their Prize).

4.4 If the winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner.

4.5 The decisions of the judges regarding any aspect of the Prize Draws are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.

5. PUBLICITY AND YOUR DATA

5.1 Each winner consents to the use by us and our related companies, both before and after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, still and moving images and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by us and our related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the same. Residents of Tennessee or any other U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to require agreement to a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning a Prize shall not be bound by this Paragraph 5.1 to the extent it is lawful.

5.2 We will use and take care of any personal information you supply in entering this Prize Draw as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://account.formula1.com/#/en/privacy-policy, and any other privacy policies we may provide to you from time to time. The information supplied by you in the associated entry form will be used as described on the entry form. Where a Prize is provided by a third party, you may be asked to provide your details to such third party in order for that third party to deliver your Prize.

5.3 Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from any person other than us, your details may be passed to such person(s) and organisation(s) that you have consented to receiving marketing communications from.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 We (and our related companies) accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize(s). We (and our related companies) further disclaims any liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw save to the extent that such liability results from (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.

6.2 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud); provided that in such circumstances, we will endeavour, to the extent reasonably possible, to award the Prizes in a fair and equitable manner among any entries received not affected by the problem.

6.3 We (and our related companies) shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

6.4 The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, you may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where you live which could apply to your entry in the Prize Draw.
