Formula 1 Heineken Season Ticket 2026 Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw")

Terms and Conditions

We are Formula One Digital Media Limited of No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (“we”, “us”, “our”, and the “Promoter”). We and our group companies own the exclusive right to commercialise the FIA Formula One World Championship® in all media. We are the promoter of the Prize Draw.

You”, “your”, and the “participant” means the individual entering the Prize Draw.

Heineken” being Heineken Brouwerijen B.V., of Tweede Weteringplantsoen 21, 1017ZD, Amsterdam, the Netherlands is the supplier of the Prize of this Prize Draw.

By entering the Prize Draw you accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of use of formula1.com shall apply to your use of formula1.com.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. WHO CAN ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

1.1 Subject to Paragraph 5.1 below, this Prize Draw is only open to entrants who:

a) are aged 25 and above;

b) have access to the internet and an F1 Unlocked account or F1.com account (and such account has a valid verified email address connected with it);

c) are, subject to Paragraph 1.2(c) and (d), residents of the UK or USA [(50 States plus D.C., but excluding the State of New York, USA and the State of Florida, USA)], Canada (excluding Quebec) and other territories where its operation and the Prize(s) are permitted; and

d) where the Prize involves attendance at an event, be able to legally enter the country where the relevant event is being held (for the avoidance of doubt, if a visa and/or a valid passport are necessary for you to legally enter the country, you must be (i) eligible to obtain a visa; and (ii) hold a valid passport).

Where operation of this Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, this Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter.

1.2 The Prize Draw is not open to:

a) employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their family members;

b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them;

c) residents of any countries subject to USA, UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus; and

d) residents of Australia, Belgium, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Poland, the Canadian province of Quebec, and Spain, and any territories where this Prize Draw’s operation and the Prize(s) are not permitted by applicable law or regulation.

1.3 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so in accordance with Paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Round One

2.1 Round One of the Competition will run from 08:00 BST (local time, London UK) 2 July 2026 to 23:00 BST (local time, London UK) 23 August 2026 (the "Round 1 Closing Date") inclusive. Entries received outside this time period are void and will not be considered.

2.2 In order to enter the Competition you must, prior to the Round 1 Closing Date:

a) visit the Competition webpage at https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/article/heineken-season-ticket.6kyJV4x9NcABd2V4z5yILF;

b) sign in to your (or create an) F1 Unlocked or F1.com account; and

c) submit the following details on the Competition webpage: (i) your favourite driver, (ii) your favourite team; and (iii) who you would take to a future race (chosen from a possible five (5) options),

(“Round One”).

2.3 After the Round 1 Closing Date, fifty (50) entrants, ten (10) from each of the possible five answers available to the question at 2.2(c)(iii) will be randomly selected from all valid entries received via Round One (the “Shortlist Fans”). The odds of being drawn as a Shortlist Fan will depend on the number of entries received. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place at our offices at No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH no later than 27 August 2026.

2.4 The Shortlist Fans will be notified that they have been selected to proceed to Round Two by email by 28 August 2026.

Round Two

2.5 Shortlist Fans will be asked to submit a video of up to one minute and thirty seconds in duration (1’30”), demonstrating their passion for Formula 1 and why they deserve to be the 2027 Heineken Formula One Season Ticket holder via email by 23:59 BST (local time, London UK) on 13 September 2026 (being “Deadline 1”) (“Round Two”).The video should be submitted in .MP4 or .MOV format only with a maximum file size of 20MB. Any videos received with a longer duration shall be disqualified and will not be reviewed by the judges.

2.6 In the video you submit to show your passion for Formula 1 and why you deserve to be the 2027 Heineken Formula One Season Ticket holder, you may wish to tell us:

a) a little about yourself;

b) why you're a Formula 1 fan;

c) why you would like to win this Prize;

d) who you would bring as your guest and why; and

e) such other information that Promoter may suggest or request.

2.7 If a Shortlist Fan fails to submit a video by Deadline 1, such Shortlist Fan will be disqualified.

2.8 Each Shortlist Fan acknowledges that by submitting a video as part of this Competition, the video will become our property on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your entry, you warrant that your entry is your own original creation and has not been copied from any other persons and that any videos or photographs submitted are of yourself, and you agree to:

a) assign absolutely to us all your intellectual property rights held in your entry with full title guarantee; and

b) waive absolutely all moral rights, in and to and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

2.9 For the avoidance of doubt, by entering this Competition, Shortlist Fans agree for their video shared as part of their entry to be used on the Promoter’s social media channels and in marketing and advertising materials.

2.10 Entries must not contain material that:

a) features any person aged under the age of 25;

b) is inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, derogatory or anything similar;

c) promotes irresponsible or excessive drinking; or

d) may promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or that may promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity or age.

2.11 If you are a Shortlist Fan, you acknowledge that other entrants may have submitted ideas and concepts as part of Round Two that may be similar to your entry, and that you will not be entitled to any compensation or right to negotiation with us over such matters.

2.12 You confirm that all information supplied (including personal details) by you in your entry to Round One or otherwise provided (including, for Shortlist Fans as part of Round Two) is truthful, accurate, complete and in no way misleading. We reserve the right to disqualify you if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete personal details and/or information in your entry. The entry must not (a) be incomplete or illegible; (b) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party; or (c) be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content that we determine (in our sole discretion) to be inappropriate or objectionable.

Round Three

2.13 A panel of six (6) of judges (being judges from both the Promoter and Heineken) will review each of the eligible Shortlist Fans’ submissions and select a list of five finalists that they deem represents Formula 1’s most passionate fan no later than 18 September 2026. If you would like to request the details of the judges, please email us within one (1) month of the Round 3 Closing Date.

2.14 There shall be five (5) finalists and they shall be entered into the third round (“Round Three”).

2.15 Finalist fans (“Finalists”) will be asked to submit an unedited video of up to thirty seconds in duration (30”), demonstrating their passion for Formula 1, why they deserve to be voted the 2027 Heineken Formula One Season Ticket holder and such other information that Promoter may request via email by 23:59 BST (local time, London UK) on 2 October 2026 (being “Deadline 2”). The video should be submitted in .MP4 or .MOV format only with a maximum file size of 20MB. Any videos received with a longer duration shall be disqualified and will not be reviewed by the judges

2.16 Round three will comprise of a public vote hosted on F1.com whereby fans will be able to vote on the 5 x finalists’ videos to select the fan that they believe should win the Heineken Season Ticket for the 2027 Formula One season.

2.17 Round Three of the Competition will run from 08:00 BST (local time, London UK) 5 October 2026 to 23:00 BST (local time, London UK) 18 October 2026 (the "Round 3 Closing Date") inclusive. Votes received outside this time period are void and will not be considered.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition and purchase of any item does not enhance your chance of winning.

2.19 Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning entry. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time by use of multiple names, email accounts, or any other means is grounds for disqualification.

2.20 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission or delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

3. HOW THE WINNER IS SELECTED

3.1 A page will be hosted on F1.com showcasing a short video submission from each of the five finalists. Fans will then be able to vote for the Finalist that they deem represents Formula 1’s most passionate fan. The vote (“Vote”) will run from 08:00 BST (local time, London UK) 5 October 2026 to 23:00 BST (local time, London UK) 18 October 2026 inclusive. Votes received outside this time period are void and will not be considered.

3.2 There shall be one (1) winner and they shall be entitled to receive the Prize (defined in Paragraph 4 below).

3.3 The winner will be notified that they have won by email (to the email address connected to their F1.com or F1 Unlocked account) no later than 22 October 2026 and provided further details as to how they will be able to claim their Prize. You must have a valid email address connected to your F1 or F1 Unlocked account at the time of entering Round One of the Competition. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and you will not be eligible to win any Prize. All personal data provided by you when entering the Competition will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy as per Paragraph 5.2.

3.4 To accept the Prize, the winner must respond sufficiently with all other information requested by us within seven (7) days of being notified of their win and satisfy all appropriate accreditation processes required by us. If the winner does not comply with this Paragraph 3.4, they forfeit the Prize, and we reserve the right to select another winner in place of them in accordance with these Rules.

3.5 The decisions of the judges regarding any aspect of the Competition are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to regarding it.

3.6 Proof that a valid winner was awarded can be obtained after the date of the Competition here.

4 PRIZES

4.1 Provided that the winner complies with these Terms and Conditions, they will be entitled to receive the 2027 Heineken Formula 1 Season Ticket which will be provided by Heineken (the “Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize shall consist of two (2) weekend grandstand tickets at each Formula 1 race during the 2027 season and shall be inclusive of all travel and accommodation.

4.2 The Prize listed in Paragraph 4.1 above consists of the Prize only and does not include any associated costs or expenses not specifically listed. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner. We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly included in Paragraph 4.1 above.

4.3 The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including customs duty, levies and/or other import fees to which any Prize may be subject, and any taxes imposed on their income.

4.4 The retail value for the Prize is approximately €100,000 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS).

4.5 All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. Any difference between actual value and a variable value noted above will not be awarded.

4.6 We reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original Prize offered is not available. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of an event or any other Prize-related activities due to causes beyond our control. In the event of any such cancellation or postponement the remaining portion(s) of the Prize will be awarded as the complete award to the winner.

4.7 The Prize as set out above and awarded to the winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Prize issued pursuant to the these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.

4.8 The decisions of the judges regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.

4.9 Proof that a valid winner was awarded can be obtained after the date of the Prize Draw here.
5.PUBLICITY AND YOUR DATA

5.1 The winner consents to the use by us, our related companies and Heineken both before and after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, still and moving images and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by us and our related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, you consent to the same. Residents of Tennessee or any other U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to require agreement to a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning a Prize shall not be bound by this Paragraph 5.1 to the extent it is lawful.

5.2 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, promotional and media activities as may be requested by the Promoter and/or Heineken. Such activities may include, without limitation, appearing in photography and videography, providing one or more quotes or testimonials for media, marketing, advertising or promotional purposes, and participating in media interviews or similar activities, at such times and locations as may be reasonably agreed between the winner and the relevant requesting party. The winner acknowledges that no additional fee or compensation shall be payable for participating in such activities, subject always to applicable law.

5.3 Promoter acknowledges that the winner may post content sharing their personal experiences at a race (subject to any applicable ticket terms and conditions that apply to the applicable event). The winner agrees that such content shall not bring the Promoter, Formula 1 or Heineken in to disrepute and such content does not reasonably risk causing material harm to such parties’ reputation or interests.

5.4 We will use and take care of any personal information you supply in entering this Prize Draw as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://account.formula1.com/#/en/privacy-policy, and any other privacy policies we may provide to you from time to time. The information supplied by you in the associated entry form will be used as described on the entry form. Where a Prize is provided by a third party, you may be asked to provide your details to such third party in order for that third party to deliver your Prize.

5.5 Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from any person other than us, your details may be passed to such person(s) and organisation(s) that you have consented to receiving marketing communications from.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1 We (and our related companies) accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize(s). We (and our related companies) further disclaims any liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw save to the extent that such liability results from (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.

6.2 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud); provided that in such circumstances, we will endeavour, to the extent reasonably possible, to award the Prize in a fair and equitable manner among any entries received not affected by the problem.

6.3 We (and our related companies) shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic, pandemic, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

6.4 The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, you may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where you live which could apply to your entry in the Prize Draw.
