F1 Extreme Innovation Series: Building a Winning Platform

Apple. A household name across the world. And a word that no longer just means a piece of fruit. Wozniak was the other Steve who changed the game. His designs for Apple built the platform that launched the personal computing revolution.

As well as co-founding the world’s first trillion-dollar company, Steve is also involved in various business and philanthropic ventures that aim to educate in the fields of computing and technology.

His constant investments in innovation is why he‘ll be at the latest installation of the F1 Extreme Innovation Series. We’ll show you how to deliver next-level innovation in the world of business with the MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Education.

As a headline speaker, Steve will reveal the strategies and challenges behind building the company that changed computing forever.

Alongside him will be MIT Senior Lecturer, Ben Shields, with F1’s Director of Digital and Licensing, Frank Arthofer. Following Ben and Frank will be Rob Smedley, Head of Vehicle Performance for the Williams Martini Racing Formula 1 team, and MIT Associate Dean of Leadership & Special Projects, Nelson Repenning. Their focus is on what it takes to manage conflict and build a high-performing team that gets the best from talented, strong-minded, competitive individuals.

The whole event — the talks, the workshops, the world-class hospitality — will happen in the F1 Paddock Club. The heart of the F1 world. In the thick of race weekend. No other experience will inspire this level of innovation.
