RACE DEBRIEF

Round 15 of the 2022 Formula 1 season heads to Zandvoort for the Dutch Grand Prix, but what weather conditions can the drivers expect this weekend?

Max Verstappen comes into his home race with a 93-point lead over team mate Sergio Perez in the drivers’ championship and Red Bull sit comfortably at the top of the constructors’ standings with a 118-point gap over Ferrari.

Verstappen won last year’s edition of the Dutch GP, holding off the challenge of title rival Lewis Hamilton to seal victory on his home turf.

BEYOND THE GRID: René Arnoux on THAT French GP duel with Villeneuve, tense rivalry with Prost and much more

While the weather looks clear for the most part, there is a chance of rain in qualifying and in the race on Sunday.
