Alfa Romeo set to roll out new car on day 1 of F1 testing

In under a month’s time F1’s drivers and teams will swing back into action in Barcelona, and Alfa Romeo will get their first morning of pre-season testing underway by taking the covers off their new F1 machine.

The Swiss-based team, who will field Kimi Raikkonen and Antonio Giovinazzi in 2020, look set to reveal their Ferrari-powered car at 0815 local time – 45 minutes before running commences.

Having finished last season in eighth place in the standings, Alfa are hoping the arrival of Robert Kubica as Reserve Driver will help push them forwards up the grid in 2020.
