In this latest episode of Beyond The Grid – presented by Salesforce – the McLaren man speaks candidly to host Tom Clarkson and it’s clear to see how committed he is to the cause.

Throughout 2023, McLaren have simply not had the race pace to challenge their rivals for podiums. While that has understandably been difficult for Norris and the team, there is no doubting how much dedication there is from the British driver to win with McLaren in the future.

Throughout this episode, Norris talks about that extra pressure and responsibility within the team and how the fans make a huge difference to his performance at the British Grand Prix.
