The past decade has seen Daniel Ricciardo emerge as one of F1’s most colourful and intriguing racers, as happy reducing a press conference to hysterics as he is sending an impossibly late-braking move on a rival. So, ahead of his 10th season in the sport, the Australian sat down with F1 Digital Presenter Will Buxton to give some insight into the man behind the megawatt smile.
From his first “overwhelming” seat fit with the minnow HRT squad in 2011, to his breakthrough season with Red Bull in 2014, to joining and helping to motivate his new Renault squad, Ricciardo doesn’t hold back in this fascinating deep dive into his psyche.
