Travelling by public transport
As the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2023 takes place on a street circuit, we strongly encourage that you use public transport to come to our event.
You can use contactless Mastercard/Visa/NETS bank cards, mobile wallets, SimplyGo EZ-Link / NETS Prepaid cards (available at SimplyGo ticket offices), and Singapore Tourist Pass to pay for public transport. Please note that admin fees apply for foreign-issued bank cards. Cash fares are only applicable for bus trips and no change will be given. MRT train services will be increased to cope with the higher demand, with train services from City Hall MRT station extended to 12.30am on 16 September 2023 (Saturday) and 12.45am on 15 September 2023 (Friday) and 17 September 2023 (Sunday) over the race weekend.
