WATCH: A controversial Hamilton penalty, and two first lap crashes – Relive the 2020 Russian GP
With the 2021 Russian Grand Prix around the corner, re-live last year's Grand Prix at Sochi Autodrom that saw crashes, controversy, and Valtteri Bottas taking his ninth Formula 1 Grand Prix victory.
The race began with Carlos Sainz Jr crashing out while Charles Leclerc and Lance Stroll also collided, a Safety Car quickly bringing the field together after the lights went out.
Then there was the brace of five-second penalties handed to Lewis Hamilton for doing practice starts outside the legal area, the unimpressed championship leader having to serve those mid-race.
That gave Bottas the lead and his last victory to date, with Max Verstappen finishing second for Red Bull having been passed by the Finn at the start.
Watch the highlights of the 2020 Russian Grand Prix in the video player above, ahead of this weekend's return to Sochi.
