Carlos Sainz was left frustrated on Saturday when he was inadvertently baulked by Robert Kubica’s punctured Williams and knocked out of qualifying early on. And the McLaren driver’s hopes of a better Sunday were quickly extinguished when a technical failure brought about a fire on lap 9 of the 2019 Australian Grand Prix.
