WATCH: The best wheel-to-wheel action from the 2022 season so far
One of the big aims of Formula 1's all-new regulations for this season was to help drivers follow each other more closely out on track, and therefore give us more wheel-to-wheel action. And there's been plenty of that in the 2022 season.
So now we're in the summer break and waiting for the racing to resume with the Belgian Grand Prix at the end of the month, we decided it was a good time to have a look back at some of the spiciest on-track battles we've had this year already – just to give us all an F1 fix while we wait for the cars to fire up again at Spa.
In the video above we've got some brilliant dicing between Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc in Bahrain, a couple of enthralling battles at Miami, Silverstone and France – and a thrilling five-car fight at the Red Bull Ring.
