Oscar Piastri’s debut season has already brought with it plenty of highlights as he settles into Formula 1 life. Here you can get up close and personal with the Aussie rookie as he shows us around McLaren’s iconic MTC.

Housing championship-winning machinery and a trophy cabinet bursting with silverware, Piastri shows us his favourite part of the MTC, as well as explaining the first thing he does when he gets to the McLaren HQ.

He also explains his move to the UK when he was younger and what it took to achieve his dream of becoming an F1 driver.

The rookie goes on to talk about his relationship with his compatriot and manager, former F1 star Mark Webber, and there’s also a mention of the famed Raft Race of Canada.
