Carlos Sainz 'frustrated' not to take pole in Monaco qualifying

Ferrari's Carlos Sainz says he "has the pace" to win the 2021 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, but is frustrated to be starting P4 after red flags curtailed his final run.
