Carlos Sainz: Q3 lap ‘didn’t quite come together’
The Spaniard said he “couldn’t extract the last couple of tenths of performance” in qualifying and will line up for the race in P4, with Ferrari’s target to beat Mercedes and seal P2 in the constructors’ championship.
