Carlos Sainz says Portimão wind made McLarens 'slower and slower'
Carlos Sainz, who qualified in P7 for the 2020 Formula 1 Portuguese Grand Prix, says that increased wind during qualifying at Portimão made the McLarens "slower and slower."
