Nico Hulkenberg: Not quick enough to make Q3 despite hydraulic issue
Nico Hulkenberg says he wouldn't have been quick enough to make Q3 even if he hadn't suffered a hydraulic power failure in his Renault during qualifying for the 2019 Japanese Grand Prix.
