‘We’re slowly getting there’ – Hamilton convinced Mercedes are closing the gap to the front after podium in Austria
Lewis Hamilton made an uncharacteristic error in qualifying in Austria and crashed his car – forcing his crew to rebuild it overnight. But on race day he took another podium finish and reckons Mercedes are closing the gap to Red Bull and Ferrari.
