MUST-SEE: Relive Perez and Russell's Lap 1 crash in Austria
Sergio Perez's hopes of an Austrian Grand Prix podium were all but dashed on Lap 1 thanks to a collision with George Russell.
The Red Bull driver attempted a pass around the outside of Mercedes' Russell at Turn 4 on the opening lap at the Red Bull Ring, but the Mexican was tapped into the gravel by the Briton.
Russell - who went on to finish fourth - received a five-second penalty for causing the collision, while Perez ended up retiring from the race that was won by Charles Leclerc, with Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton completing the podium.
