Last year's Hungarian Grand Prix was hugely dramatic – even before the five lights went out to start the race.

On his way to the grid, Max Verstappen slid off the track on the slipperly surface and hit the barriers at Turn 12, breaking off his front wing and damaging the suspension in the process.

He managed to get going again and limped on to his grid slot – he had qualified P7 – and his Red Bull crew leapt into action, racing against the clock to repair the car before the race start. In the end they pulled it off, with boss Christian Horner revealing afterwards that Verstappen had been just 25 seconds away from not making the start.
