FIRST LOOK: Ride onboard with the Safety Car for a lap of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit ahead of the Saudi Arabian GP
Hot on the heels of Qatar’s debut last time out, the Jeddah Corniche Circuit in Saudi Arabia is the next new addition to the F1 calendar for 2021. This incredible street track boasts three DRS zones, plenty of fast sweeping corners and should prove to be one of the quickest circuits of the season.
The drivers will be tested under the lights in Jeddah, as they get to grips with a circuit that some teams don’t even have in their simulators. Boasting not just the most corners of any track on the current calendar, this circuit is also long, second only to Spa-Francorchamps and coming in at just over six kilometres in length.
Strap in and hit play on the video above to ride onboard as the Safety Car completes a hot lap in Saudi Arabia, and get a feel for this incredible street circuit, which is going to provide quite the spectacle when the drivers head out for the first time on Friday…
