Jamie Chadwick wins again at COTA to take second W Series title
Jamie Chadwick won the second of two W Series races at Austin to clinch the second – and her second – W Series title on Sunday.
Chadwick held a 10-point advantage over Alice Powell going into this race, having won Saturday's race one in the United States. The Williams Academy racer repeated the feat from pole on Sunday ahead of second-place starter Abbi Pulling and Emma Kimilainen – who took P3 from seventh on the grid ahead of Sarah Moore.

Dominant from start to finish, the defending champion built up a five-second lead to win and take 15 FIA Super Licence points, while Pulling took her maiden series podium having held off hard-charger Kimilainen – who cemented her third-place finish in the standings having made up four places on the opening lap.
Championship protagonist Powell started ninth and finished sixth having struggled to make it past Belen Garcia. But she eventually finished ahead of the Spaniard, in P6, and settled for second in the standings.
Chadwick said: "I've been pushed all the way. To top it off the way we did – I'm so happy. It's been an amazing year, [I'm] just so happy to be finishing out on top. I've got to say a massive congratulations to Alice [Powell] because she's pushed me all the way this year.
"I have an amazing relationship with Williams. I am incredibly grateful to them. I don't know what's next but I am going to enjoy this moment first and then go from there."

Abbie Eaton missed the race having suffered a fracture during Saturday's race while Irina Sidorkova missed out due to visa issues – but the Russian will join the top eight next year as she is a W Series Academy driver.
